1. Introduction and agreement
Proxellor provides UK-based 4G and 5G mobile proxy connectivity. We offer dedicated mobile proxies using real UK carrier networks (including EE, Vodafone, Three, and O2). Access is via a secure dashboard where you buy plans, manage proxies (including IP rotation, credentials, whitelisting, and usage), and connect over HTTP, SOCKS5, or OpenVPN. These terms ("Terms") are the contract between Proxellor ("we", "us") and you when you use our website or services. By registering, adding credit, or using the service you accept these Terms in the form published at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We are a digital service provider offering mobile proxy access. We are not a telecommunications carrier.
Your own terms or conditions do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing. Only we may change these Terms; we will email you about changes and give you 14 days to object. If you do not object in that time, the new terms apply. If you object, we may end the contract. Questions: support@proxellor.com. You must use the service in line with the laws of your country and must not breach export or sanctions rules. The contract language is English.
2. What we provide
We sell access to UK 4G and 5G mobile proxy connectivity for business and professional use. Each proxy is dedicated to you and uses real mobile carrier IPs. You connect through our infrastructure; plan options (including 4G and 5G, and durations such as 1 hour to 30 days) and features are described on our website and in your dashboard after you sign up and pay.
Access is through a secure dashboard where you buy plans, renew, and manage your proxies (for example IP rotation, credentials, whitelisting, usage). What you see in the dashboard is what you get for your plan.
You need an account to use the service; we do not allow guest or anonymous purchases. You must give true and complete details when you register and keep your login details safe. Tell us at once if someone else uses your account: support@proxellor.com.
The service is supplied "as is". We do not promise a particular quality, uptime, or that your use is legal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for using it lawfully. We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content or destinations of traffic that you send through the service; you are solely responsible for all such traffic and its legality. We are not liable for any loss or dispute arising from your use or from anyone you allow to use your access.
We may change, limit, or stop parts of the service for maintenance, upgrades, or security. We will try to do planned outages in quiet periods and to warn you in advance by dashboard or email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Failures due to mobile networks, data centres, or other third parties are not our breach. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, embargo, strike, failure of third-party networks or utilities, government or regulatory action, or pandemic).
3. Your account
You must open an account before you can buy or use the service. Registration is free. We can refuse or delay registration and may ask for extra checks to prevent abuse. Keep your details up to date.
We use your registration data so you can log in and so we can run your account, allocate payments, and provide the service, in line with data protection law (including UK and EU GDPR). You must keep your password and other credentials secret and use a strong password (at least 8 characters, mixed letters, numbers, and symbols). You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use or breach. We are not liable for loss from misuse of your account unless we were at fault.
You can close your account anytime via the dashboard or by contacting us. We will delete your personal data when we no longer need it or when the law allows, except where we must keep it (for example for tax or accounting).
If you sign up to our newsletter we may email you about products and updates; you can unsubscribe anytime. If you have bought from us we may email you about similar services; you can opt out anytime. We may also send you necessary messages (renewals, payment confirmations, service or term changes) which you cannot opt out of.
4. Buying and paying
You buy proxy plans in the dashboard. You choose a plan on the "Buy Proxies" page and pay from your account balance. If the balance is too low you must add credit first ("Add Credit"). We accept card and PayPal (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via Cryptomus). When payment succeeds we add the amount to your balance in USD. You then use that balance to buy proxy plans in the dashboard.
Money you add to your balance cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred. It can only be used to buy our services. When you confirm a purchase you make a binding offer; the contract is formed when we activate the service and show the access details in the dashboard. We record all top-ups and purchases under "Billing"; you can view and download these. We may sometimes give you a payment link outside the dashboard; by paying you agree to these Terms and that the sum is a non-refundable credit.
Prices are in USD and include VAT where we must charge it. The price at the time you buy is the price you pay. You must give correct payment details. If payment fails or is reversed we may not activate the service or we may suspend it until payment is complete. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension or termination, and we may seek recovery of the sum. Refunds (when we give them, for example under section 6) are normally made within 5 working days, to your balance or to the original payment method as we agree; crypto refunds may be in a stablecoin or equivalent.
5. How you may and may not use the service
You must use the service lawfully and in line with these Terms and our Fair Use Policy. We may apply reasonable limits on use to protect the network and other users; excessive or abusive use may be restricted or terminated.
Prohibited use. You must not use the service for any of the following:
- Illegal content or activity: Accessing, distributing, or promoting material that is illegal (including child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or content that harms minors), or using the service for any criminal purpose.
- Network abuse: Launching or taking part in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, brute-force or unauthorised access to systems, or distributing malware or harmful software.
- Security circumvention: Using the service to bypass security or verification on other platforms (e.g. payment systems, login or CAPTCHA systems, or marketplaces), to run credential stuffing or automated account abuse, or to mask fraud or unauthorised access.
- Fraud and spam: Phishing, identity theft, spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraudulent ad clicks, fake reviews, or similar misuse.
- Third-party rights: Infringing copyright or other intellectual property; scraping or accessing content in breach of a target site's terms of use; using the service in a way that violates another platform's rules.
- Resource misuse: Overloading our systems or the proxy network, IP spoofing, or using the service in a way that leads to IP blacklisting or abuse reports.
- Account misuse: Reselling, sharing, or sublicensing your access without our written agreement; using the service on behalf of anyone other than yourself or the entity you represent.
Prohibited use includes any use that would contravene the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or equivalent law in any jurisdiction.
Your access is for your own use only (or for the entity you represent). You may not resell, share, or sublicense it without our written agreement. Breach of this or any prohibited use above can lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund. We may disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or when we reasonably believe necessary to address abuse or illegal activity, and may share information with infrastructure partners or affected third parties in connection with abuse investigations.
6. Availability and maintenance
We aim for the service to be available. We target 95% average availability per calendar month. When we work out availability we do not count: outages we cannot fairly attribute to us (e.g. force majeure, hardware or power failure, third-party networks or data centres), downtime for urgent security or updates, or attacks where we had reasonable defences.
If we fall below that 95% in a month and you were actually affected, you may be due a partial refund for that month: 90–94.99% → 25%; 80–89.99% → 50%; 50–79.99% → 75%; below 50% → 100%. We will credit your balance or, if you prefer, refund to your payment method. Planned maintenance that we announce in advance does not give a right to compensation. Tell us quickly if the service is down; we will try to fix verified problems. We do not guarantee 95% availability; the refund is a goodwill gesture when we fall short.
7. Support
You manage your proxies in the dashboard. For other help contact support@proxellor.com (support hours are on the website). Give us clear details so we can help. We will try to reply quickly but do not promise a particular response time. We can refuse requests that are abusive, repeated, or unrelated. We are not liable for loss from delay or lack of support unless we were at fault.
8. Trials
We may offer a one-off short trial (e.g. 60 minutes). You must contact us to start it. Each person may only use a trial once. We can refuse or stop trials at any time. There is no right to a trial.
9. When the service ends
Your plan runs for the period you bought (e.g. 1 to 365 days). You cannot cancel early for a refund unless the law says otherwise. We can terminate for serious breach (including breach of section 5 or the Fair Use Policy) without refund. When the contract ends you must stop using the service. We may block your account and delete data where the law does not require us to keep it. Termination must be in writing (e.g. email) and takes effect when received. When your plan period expires, access stops; we do not refund unused time. In cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms or the Fair Use Policy we do not refund, whatever is left. We are not obliged to investigate every report or complaint before suspending or terminating where we reasonably believe there is a breach; our decision to suspend or terminate is at our discretion and we are not liable to you for any loss resulting from such action where we have acted in good faith.
10. Our responsibility (liability)
We are fully liable for death or personal injury caused by us and for fraud or deliberate breach. For other loss we are only liable if we have broken an important term and the loss was a foreseeable result; in that case our liability is limited to the sort of loss that is typical. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, indirect or consequential loss, or claims by third parties. We are not liable for any claim arising from your misuse of the service, from third-party claims against us arising from your use, or from our compliance with law or with lawful requests from authorities. These limits also protect our staff and agents. They do not apply if we have given a guarantee or if the law (e.g. product liability) says otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes your rights as a consumer where the law does not allow it.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Proxellor (and its operator(s)) harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or any breach of these Terms or the Fair Use Policy. This indemnity survives termination of the contract.
Survival. Clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including sections 5, 10, 11, 13, and 14, and any other clause that allocates risk, limits liability, or requires you to indemnify us) continue to apply after the contract ends.
11. Your personal data
We process your data as set out in our Privacy Policy and in line with UK and EU data protection law. We communicate by dashboard and email; email is not always encrypted. You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, subject to legal retention; contact support@proxellor.com.
12. Your right to cancel (consumers only)
If you are a consumer you usually have 14 days to cancel the contract for no reason. For digital services like proxy access we start the service as soon as the contract is made. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that we may start immediately and that you know you will lose your right to cancel once performance has started. We state this at checkout and you must confirm it. To cancel, contact us in writing (e.g. email to support@proxellor.com) before the 14 days are up. You can use the form below if you like; it is optional.
Optional cancellation form: To Proxellor, support@proxellor.com. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of mobile proxy service. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]. Signature (if on paper): [signature].
13. Disputes and which law applies
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a business, legal entity, or public body, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these Terms. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stay in force; we replace the invalid part with the closest valid wording that matches the intention. You can contact support first to try to resolve a dispute; we are not required to take part in a consumer arbitration scheme.
14. Changes and contact
We may change these Terms. We will tell you by email and give you 14 days to object; if you do not object, the new terms apply. Any change or waiver must be in writing. For questions or notices: support@proxellor.com.
Legal use. We provide the service only for lawful use. Misuse (including illegal use or fraud) can lead to immediate termination without refund. We cooperate with authorities when the law requires or allows and may disclose information to law enforcement or other competent bodies when we reasonably believe it necessary to address abuse or illegal activity. We may restrict access to certain sites or services (e.g. banking, crypto, marketplaces, government) for compliance and abuse prevention; that does not mean we allow use that breaks third-party rules. Trying to circumvent such restrictions is forbidden and may lead to suspension without refund.
