Reseller Agreement

These terms apply specifically to resellers of Proxellor services. By becoming a reseller, you agree to these additional terms.

Reseller Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records
• Ensure end users comply with Proxellor Terms of Service
• Provide customer support for your resold services
• Report any abuse or violations by end users

Pricing and Billing

Reseller pricing is available upon request. All reseller accounts are subject to minimum purchase requirements and payment terms as agreed in your reseller agreement.

Branding and Marketing

Resellers may use Proxellor branding materials as provided. All marketing must be accurate and comply with applicable advertising laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the reseller agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, existing customer services will continue according to their terms.
